Chronology

With over 30 years of experience, Ambitermo was born from the vision of a group of engineers with extensive experience in the sector, with the clear purpose of providing industries with the best thermal solutions on the market.

1992
Founded in 1992, in Coimbra, by a group of of specialised specialised engineers with vast experience in the sector.


It began by (CUENOD e ECLIPSE COMBUSTION). manufacturing equipment - boilers and their components and representing 2 brands of burners. (CUENOD e ECLIPSE COMBUSTION).

1995
In 1995 he specialised in cogeneration projects and in environmental areas, and dedicated himself to the installation of HVAC, which became an important business area in the company.
1998
In 1998 it extended its scope to Natural Gas projects, with “conversion projects and installations of regulation and metering stations” and it has developed solutions for thermal thermal power stations, ogeneration systems, in addition to boilers and burners.
2005-2008
Between 2005 and 2008 moved to the current premises built from scratch justified by the strong growth of the company until then.


In 2005, AMBITERMO achieved certification ISO 9001.


In November 2007, Grupo Visabeira became a joint-stock of AMBITERMO.


In 2008 we started to export to the african continent.

2009-2014
From 2009 to 2014 there was a strong commitment to innovation in the system, and the expansion of installed capacity (construction of 2 new pavilions).
2012
In 2012 branch - Chaudières Industrial Sarlau AMBITERMO MAROC.
2014
In 2014 we started exporting to the asian continent.
2015
Em 2015, In 2015, we obtained ISO 14001, OSHA 18001 e ET02 certifications.
2017
In 2017 we started exporting to the american continent.
2022-2026
In 2022 we started exporting to the United States of America.

We have an integrated structure that ensures quality in all project phases. Our factory combines modern machinery that streamline production and assembly processes with a highly qualified technical team.
This department every stage of production and guarantees compliance with both national and international standards.
Our Technical Assistance service complements this integration by offering complete support from installation and throughout the life of the equipment. This synergy, allows us to deliver a 360º service, with rigour and reliability.
